Mohamad has over 16 years of experience in consulting, managing, and engineering a wide range of commercial, residential, and institutional projects for both public and private sector clients. He has gained in-depth knowledge of the Ontario building code and various Canadian design standards, including those for concrete, structural steel, wood, and masonry. 

Mohamad successfully grew and managed a structural engineering team from just 3 to over 20 people at a national engineering firm, increasing the group's revenue by more than 900% over 10 years achieving a multi-million dollar revenue. 

Under his leadership, the team played a key role in designing some of Canada’s largest distribution centers and single-tenant occupied buildings. His clients consistently recognize the significant value he adds to every project. 

Mohamad and Abdul partnered up in 2024 to take on new challenges, and to take Structable Engineering to the next level and become a leading national engineering firm.
